Orders from The Memory Cabinet are carefully prepared and packaged for shipment. Because many items are personalized or custom-made, processing times may vary by product. Any estimated processing time shown on the product page refers to the time needed to create and prepare your order before shipment.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the shipping destination.

Processing & Delivery
Personalized and custom orders may require additional processing time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Carrier delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other carrier delays.

Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact The Memory Cabinet as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the delivery address may not be able to be changed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact The Memory Cabinet within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue.
