Return & Refund Policy

Because most items from The Memory Cabinet are personalized or custom-made specifically for you, personalized and custom items are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

Please review all names, dates, ranks, wording, colors, fonts, and other personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Items will be created using the information provided with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the personalization information you submitted, please contact The Memory Cabinet within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. I will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled before production has begun. Once work has started on a personalized or custom item, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Custom Design Approval
For custom designs that require a proof or artwork approval, please review the proof carefully. Once a design has been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Non-Personalized Items
If an item is not personalized or custom-made, please contact The Memory Cabinet within 14 days of delivery if you wish to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
