Most items from The Memory Cabinet are personalized or made to order. Processing times vary by product and will be shown on the individual product page.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Please review all names, dates, spelling, and personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

Because personalized and custom items are created specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error in your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to make it right.

Non-Personalized Items

If we offer non-personalized items that are eligible for return, return instructions and any applicable time limits will be stated on the individual product page.
